Insurance & Payment Information

Authentically Aligned Living currently accepts self-pay, FSA, HSA, and has a sliding fee scale program for individuals who may lack the resources to pay (clients must complete application). We work with medical providers to obtain the required information for our case management services to be covered, most times at no cost to the client. As the agency continues to expand we will be in network with various commercial insurance companies as well as South Carolina State Medicaid.
